Qianshou Network was founded on September 20, 2017. It is a hands-on e-commerce company with many years of practical industry experience.

From 2017 to 2023, the company focused on China's domestic e-commerce market, developing in-depth operations on two major platforms, Suning.com and JD.com. It operated a POP store and several self-operated stores, accumulating extensive marketplace-management experience and supply-chain resources. In recognition of its performance and service capabilities, the company received Suning.com's Partner Award in 2017 and JD.com's Excellent Service Award in 2018.

In 2023, following an in-depth assessment of the Russian market, the company proactively discontinued its domestic business and fully transitioned to cross-border e-commerce in Russia. Building on its cross-border operations, it gradually expanded into Russia's local e-commerce market, completing a strategic shift from cross-border fulfillment to long-term local development.

From 2024 through 2026, Qianshou Network's annual turnover on Russian e-commerce platforms consistently exceeded RUB 120 million, while the business maintained strong growth. The company now has two wholly owned companies in Russia and has built a local partner team. Together, they provide end-to-end e-commerce operations covering cross-border logistics, marketplace management and local warehousing.

In 2026, while continuing to deepen its local e-commerce operations in Russia, the company officially launched its Amazon US business, entering a new stage of multi-platform and multi-region development.
