Who We Are

The Russia-China E-Commerce Association is a non-profit organization duly registered in Russia, headquartered in Moscow with its China operations center in Shenzhen. Its mission is to build the bridge of digital trade between the two countries, with 60+ industry and city chapters planned and a membership system built on tiered empowerment, network-wide service and high-frequency interaction.

The Russian market is far more complex than most companies expect. We have watched excellent factories, brands and sellers stumble again and again at the “invisible gates” of sanctions, currency control, customs and tax — for lack of information, resources and compliance. So we decided to pour 20+ years of accumulated industry, government and local resources into one shared platform: you don't have to start from zero — you can stand on the shoulders of giants.
